Deviled Eggs Recipe


Here's a quick and easy Deviled Eggs Recipe which should only take about 30 minutes to prepare. Very tasty indeed!

Ingredients:

• 6 hard-boiled Eggs
• 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of Dijon Mustard
• 1 green Onion - thinly sliced
• A few leaves of Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley, finely chopped
• Freshly ground Black Pepper
• Salt, to taste
• Paprika

Instructions:

1. Quarter the eggs and scoop the yolks into a small bowl and then mash them well.
2. Add mayonnaise and Dijon until desired consistency is reached.
3. Mix in the sliced onion and most of the chopped parsley.
4. Taste and add salt and pepper accordingly.
5. Using a small teaspoon or pastry bag, fill egg white quarters.
6. Sprinkle remaining parsley and a little pepper or paprika if desired.
